Q: What is your return policy

All sales are final. There will be no refunds or returns. Only exception would be the off chance that I mailed out the wrong item, in which case, please contact me if you have any issues through email disequil@gmail.com.

Q: Will there be combined shipping?

If an order is placed within 24 hours, I should be able to combine shipping! as long as your name & address are the same. If you know you will be placing multiple orders over a span of several days please email me first and also put in the comment section that you would like to combine orders. Shipping refunds will not be sent until I'm actually packaging items, so please keep that in mind. I will also write down on a copy of your invoice (that gets sent with your order) the order numbers that are combined as well as the shipping refund date.

Please keep in mind that paypal has changed its refund policy, because of this I will be subtracting the non-refundable fees from the total refund amount.

Q: How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated based off of how much of an item you buy. Please keep in mind that if you buy a SET of mono pins, this will increase your shipping amount because the mono set is incredibly heavy. I’m using the cheapest priced tracked shipping, so unfortunately, I cannot do anything about the costs (especially for international orders). Since it's weight based, I will generally refund excess shipping if you overpaid.

Q: How do you grade pins?

Please refer to my grading guide for a more in depth explanation of my pin grades! As pins are handmade, please account for human error.

Q: I'm from overseas! Can you ship here?

Q: How does your rewards program work?

It's free to sign up! You can create an account here and you'll be all set up! For each dollar you spend, it equals 1 plant sprout which you can redeem later for in store cash, just make sure you are logged in first! Occasionally there will be events where you can earn double or triple sprouts so keep a lookout on my social media! You can also obtain sprouts through other ways such as following me on social media or celebrating a birthday!

You can also refer a friend with your own unique URL and the both of you will get a $5 coupon when they make a purchase!
